In the Bible, for those whom believe, the foundation for human life
starts with the Family (For this reason a man will leave his father and mother
and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh Genesis 2:24.)
God said it was not good for man to be alone (Genesis 2:18), and so he created woman
from the rib of man, to symbolize the two joined together. Many believe the two
becoming one flesh is even a foreshadow of having a child together.
In today's society, there are ALOT of crazy theories about how people should live.
But for the believers in Jesus Christ, now is the time more than ever,
to show the lost world how to live in integrity, righteousness, and love.
The world view of the modern marriage is not one to be desired, as the church,
our job now is to be that example, not only for politics or the pulpit, but for our personal growth.
We pray for those suffering from demonic possession or mental health, struggling
to know god's plan and purpose for their lives.
