For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about[a] long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord. -Jude 1:4
During the reign of Constantine the Great, a Roman Emperor, who went from persecuting Christians, to helping shape modern day Christianity.
The Church, which was once a place of worship, now under the rule of Constantine, had become more of that of a social club for Kings, Queens, and for the Rich and Wealthy leaders within in the communities of the Roman Empire.
Under Roman Rule, Constantine mandated an order for Sunday Worship (the "venerable day of the sun") Which was to solidify a spiritual marriage between the Christians of those days to help end the persecution and to put and end to their witness of Jesus Christ, while also appeasing those in pagan worship. And in mockery of the Holy Sabbath, the law stated no one , outside of a few farmers, no one could work on that day of sun worship.
In modern day, many doctrines and denominations are out in the world,(11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.- 2 Thess 2:11-12).
For in the last days many false prophets will lead people away, hard times will test their #Faith
